I've started roasting my own coffee beans, for that perfect taste of the most perfect coffee grown (in my opinion) in the world, the Kona from Tom Butler's Paradise Found Kona Coffee Farm. Thus, I've started ordering 10 pounds of of Tom's Kona green beans. They arrive packed well, I transfer them to my burlap or muslin sacks, for storage in a cool place (cheap cloth "wine cover bags" make a great storage sack), until I'm ready to roast enough for a couple of days use.

I grind and brew each day I make a pot - sometimes a couple of pots a day. A delightful slice of the good life!
